Kasong inciting to sedition isinampa vs ‘Ang Totoong Narcolist’ videos sharer
SINAMPAHAN na ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ng kasong inciting to sedition ang administrator at registrant ng website na metrobalita.net, na nag-share ng kontrobersiyal na mga video ng “Ang Totoong Narcolist”, na si Rodel Jayme.
“I will leave the existence of probable cause to the sound judgment of the inquest prosecutor,” sabi ni Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, kasabay ng pagsasabing isasailalim na si Jayme sa inquest proceeding sa National Prosecution Service (NPS).
“Ang Totoong Narcolist” ay isang serye ng mga video na nagdedetalye sa umano’y pagkakasangkot ng pamilya ni Pangulong Duterte at long-time aide ba si Bong Go sa iligal na droga.
Ipinost ang mga video sa iba’t ibang social media kagaya ng Pinoy Ako Blog, Change Scamming, Metro Balita, Madam Claudia, at What the FACT blog.
Kabilang din ang website na metrobalita.net sa ipinalabas na matrix ng Malacañang.
