Kris inatras ang qualified theft case laban kay Nicko Falcis; magkakaayos na nga ba?

When Kris Something withdrew the qualified theft charges against Nicko Falcis which she filed at the Office of the Prosecutor of Mandaluyong City, tongues wagged.

Mostly, the comments were against Kris even though netizens welcome this move by the TV host.

“I wonder if these series of events are intertwined, i.e., she announced getting out of socmed two days ago and now Mandaluyong prosecutor’s office released withdrawal of KCA’s camp, will those in SJ and QC be withdrawn as well?

“I believe Falcis can win the case of estafa filed against him because he has detailed paper trail of those credit card charges that were KCAP business related.

“Hopefully, KCA has realized she is getting stressed out aside from losing lots of money paying her lawyers for frivolous cases she made out of spite. I’ll not be surprise if her lawyers are working on an out of court settlement for the cases of grave threats filed by Falcis against Kris.

“If Falcis decides to pursue the cases, KCA has no choice but to face them unless cases are dismissed for lack of probable cause inspite of her outright admission of making the threats.”

“Ayan na another tactic na naman ni Kris. I wonder what she is up to this time. nwei, a lot of people have already predicted that she will soon withdraw the charges vs nico soon after she filed them.its all part of her grand scheme of things.”

“Baka natauhan na sa sobrang stress at napansin ang patuloy na lumalaking gastos sa lawyer’s fees? kung hindi iuurong ni Falcis ang dalawang kaso ng grave threats laban sa kanya at maisasampa sa korte, yun ang dapat pagtuunan ng pansin ni Kris pwera na lang kung ma dismiss ito o pumayag sa areglo ang kampo ni Falcis.”

“Ang tanong pa rin kung ma dismiss mga kasong isinampa nila sa isa’t isa, papayag ba si Falcis na nasira na reputasyon niya dahil sa maling paratang sa kanya? Sa kampo ni Kris, malaking dagok ang mga expose sa kanya na may mga pruweba, siya lang nakakaalam kung ano epekto nun sa credibility niya bilang product endorser.”

“Ayaw na siguro ni Kris na ma-stress further, mas gusto niyang mabuhay na lang ng walang dala dalang problema, at para na rin siguro sa kanyang mga anak na sina Josh and Bimb,” comment naman ng isang fan ni Kris.
