‘Honesty system’ ng isang bus firm itigil na

TINAPOS na ng Green Frog Hybrid Bus Company ang “honesty system” nito isang linggo nang ito’y ilunsad dahil na rin sa kabiguan ng 30 porsiyento ng pasahero nito na magbayad ng pamasahe.

Sa isang Facebook post, sinabi ng bus firm na babalik na lamang ito sa dating sistema kung saan maniningil ng pamasahe ang kundoktor nito.

“End of Honesty System. We are disappointed to see that the honesty system did not work. Over 30% of the passengers did not pay their fare. We are returning to the conductor fare collection system again,” sabi nito sa isang pahayag.

Noong Marso 11, inilabas ng kumpanya ang panuntunan nito para sa honesty system, kung saan maaaring i-tap ang mga card para magbayad ng pamasahe o magbigay ng eksaktong pera pagsakay ng bus.

“This is how it’s done in First World countries. This is how Green Frog will do it from now on,” sabi ng kumpanya nang magdesisyong ipatupad ang “honesty system”. 

Siyam na araw makalipas ang implementasyon nito, binawi ang polisiya dahil hindi umakma ang motto na “honesty is the best policy”.
