Grand coronation night ng Mister & Miss Esquire 2019 gaganapin sa Leyte
WALANG duda, ang Pilipinas na siguro ang may pinakamaraming beauty pageant sa buong mundo.
Sa dami kasi ng magaganda, gwapo, talented at matatalinong Pinoy, talagang bawat siyudad sa Metro Manila at mga probinsya ay may kanya-kanya nang beauty pageant.
Ang pinakabago nga ay ang Mister & Miss Esquire na gaganapin sa Leyte Academic Center Gym, Pawing Palo, Leyte sa April 30. Ito ang pinakabagong proyekto ng Esquire Financing, Inc..
Sa presscon ng nasabing beauty contest, present ang dalawa sa mga uupong judges na sina Francesca Taruc, Miss Tourism World Intercontinental 2019 na ginanap sa China, at ang vlogger na si Edric Go na isa sa mga contestant ng “Bida Man” (talent search) ng It’s Showtime.
Ayon kay Francesca, ang pagdami ng beauty pageants sa bansa ay patunay lang sa pagiging competitive ng mga Pinoy.
“Ako personally, I really hope more people would stage pageants because it helps so many individuals, not only those of us dreaming of making a name for ourselves but also, like you said, designers, make-up artists,” pahayag ng dalaga.
“I’m really happy that Esquire Financing Inc. thought of staging a pageant for their fourth anniversary. I’m excited to share my know-how to the contestants hoping to help them achieve their dream,” dagdag pa ng beauty queen.
Sey naman ni Edric na matagal nang pangarap ang maging artista, “I am thrilled to be part of this event. I am hoping we will be able to discover the next Catriona Gray or Pia Wurtzbach at the contest.”
Present din sa presscon si Susan Nuyles, ang Managing Director ng Esquire Financing Inc.. Aniya, ang kauna-unahang Mister & Miss Esquire Financing ay bahagi ng kanilang 4th anniversary.
“Apart from helping highlighting the services we offer as a company, we also want to empower people specifically individuals joining the pageant,” sabi ni Ms. Susan.
“I think it’s already part of our culture,” she opines. “Almost every barangay, town, city conducts its own beauty pageant year in, year out,” dagdag pa niya.
Natanong siya kung bakit sa Leyte gaganapin ang coronation night, “We decided to stage it in Leyte because one, I’m from there and I know personally there are many individuals from Leyte with potential to make it big in pageantry.”
Ayon pa kay Ms. Susan, 11 male and 11 female ang maglalaban-laban sa titulo at korona bilang Mister & Miss Esquire Financing at may cash prize pang P30,000.
“The other candidates won’t go home empty-handed, of course,” dagdag pa ni Nulyes.
