NICKO FALCIS AT KRIS AQUINO

INAABANGAN ng netizens ang Instagram post ni Kris Aquino matapos maglabas ng warrant of arrest laban sa dati niyang KCA Productions business associate na si Nicko Falcis nitong Huwebes.

Ito’y para nga sa kasong estafa at credit card fraud na inirekomenda ni Assistant State Prosecutor Claire Eufracia P. Pagayanan na aprubado ni City Prosecutor Vincent L. Villena ng Department of Justice, Taguig City.

Matatandaang qualified theft ang inihaing reklamo ni Kris sa Taguig City pero dinismis ito ng piskalya at sa halip inirekomenda ang pagsasampa ng estafa at credit card fraud.

Kahapon, nag-post ng mahabang mensahe si Kris sa kanyang Facebook account at nabanggit nga niya rito na mas pipiliin niyang manahimik muna at hayaan ang korte na mag-imbestiga at magdesisyon sa mga kasong isinampa niya kay Nicko.

“And i am proudest of this- with every personal detail about my life, some of them true, some exaggerated, some outright lies- i never stooped to the level of posting stories about his family and what he shared with me, and i never shared with my followers the different stories from many others he had worked with, and their horrifying experiences of financial fraud.

“Madaling gawin, ang daming nilabas tungkol sa‘kin at sigurado ‘ko napakarami pang kasinungalingang parating- pero bakit pa? ang nakaraan lumipas na at hindi mababago. at bakit ko gagawin ang pinaka nakakawalang respetong ginawa sa ‘kin?

“There is a proper venue to address all our issues, and that is in the court of law, not through social media tell-alls. nanahimik ako habang nag-party sila, at nag-advance celebration. now i understand: embrace the silence and fear the silence.”

Sinabi rin ng Social Media Queen na magbabakasyon uli siya kasama ang mga anak ngunit hindi niya binanggit kung saan, pero kailangan niya raw ito para magpalakas ng resistensiya.
