ABS-CBN, PBB nag-sorry sa madlang pipol dahil sa ‘torrid kissing scene’ ng 2 housemate

NAG-ISSUE na ng official statement ang ABS-CBN sa kontrobersyal na halikan ng dalawang housemates sa Pinoy Big Brother Otso.
Naging mainit na usapin sa social media at sa mga Kapamilya viewers ang paghahalikan nina PBB housemates Lou Yanong at Andre Brouillette habang nakahiga sa inflatable floater na nasa swimming pool.
Naging trending topic sa Twitter ang nasabing episode gamit ang hashtag na #PBB8TheKiss noong Lunes ng gabi na umani nga ng mixed reactions mula sa mga netizens sa social media.
Maraming nagsabi na nakaka-offend at mahalay ang ginawang paghahalikan nina Lou at Andre on national TV. Pero meron din naman ang nagtanggol sa dalawang bagets na nasa loob ng Bahay ni Kuya.
Dahil dito, humingi ng paumanhin ang pamunuan ng PBB sa mga manonood kasabay ng paliwanag sa intensyon ng naganap na pool party.
“Pinoy Big Brother OTSO apologizes to the viewers who may have been offended by scenes in the 4th of March 2019 episode, showing the housemates having a pool party.
“The party was meant to strengthen the bond of the housemates and was not intended to offend the viewers’ sensibilities.
“As a reality show, PBB OTSO shall continue to offer its viewers lessons through real-life experiences of the housemates,” bahagi ng pahayag ng PBB management.
