KRIS AQUINO, NICKO FALCIS AT GRETCHEN BARRETTO

TALO sa unang sigwada pa lang ng laban si Kris Something matapos idismis ng Makati Prosecutor’s Office ang qualified theft charges which the TV host filed against former business manager Nicko Falcis.

The case was dismissed as the Makati court found “no sufficient evidence” to merit a full-blown trial. Penned by Assistant City Prosecutor Paolo C. Barcelona, the resolution indicated that Kris was not able to prove that Nicko was able to amass P1.270 million through fraudulent use of company credit card.

When the news reached Nicko, he posted this caption sa IG photo niya ng online article about the dismissal: “Dismissed. The truth may hurt for a little while, but a lie hurts forever… GRATEFUL and HUMBLED.

Nagbunyi rin ang followers ni Nicko sa Instagram.

“Those past days katakot takot na pagmamaliit ng trolls niya dinanas ng mga pro Falcis eh ngayon manigas po sila. alam mo po kagabi just right after I prayed that God would intervene the case nung nag open ako ng FB nakita ko article na dismissed ang kaso talaga napaluha ako sa saya talaga palang totoo na itinataas ng Diyos yung ibinababa sir @nix722.”
