MAS lalo pang lumakas ang bagyong Wutip habang lumalapit ito sa Philippine Area of Responsibility.
Ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration nasa Typhoon category na ang bagyo.
Umaabot sa 130 kilometro bawat oras ang bilis ng hanging dala ng bagyo at may pagbugsong 160 kilometro bawat oras.
Kaninang umaga ito ay nasa layong 2,540 kilometro sa silangan ng Mindanao. Umuusad ito sa bilis na 25 kilometro bawat oras.
Dahil may kalayuan pa ay hindi pa matiyak kung papasok ito sa PAR. Maaapektuhan din ng Hanging Amihan ang bagyo.
