Kris nag-sorry kay Lolit; dedma muna sa banat ng Falcis family
NAG-SORRY si Kris Aquino kay Lolit Solis matapos magpahayag ang talent manager ng pagkabahala sa pagkadawit sa kasong hinaharap ni Nicko Falcis.
Ayon kay Manay Lolit apektado siya sa diumano’y pagbabanta ng Falcis brothers na idedemanda siya dahil siya raw ang unang nagbanggit ng pangalan ni Nicko na diumano’y nanloko kay Kris sa radio program ni Arnold Clavio.
Sinabi pa ng dating TV host na sineseryoso niya ang nasabing banta, “I am taking it seriously, that’s why I feel this way. Almost everyday may nagsasabi sa akin na laging nababanggit ang pa-ngalan ko sa mga posting ng mga Falcis. I never thought I will be as important.
“I have never met any of them, I don’t know them, I don’t even know how they look,” paglilinaw pa niya.
“Sabi nila, they will hold accountable si Kris Aquino pag may nangyari sa mother nila dahil sa stressful na pangyayaring ito.
“I am not taking a bullet for Kris. Pero kung dahil sa opinion ko sa Instagram at sa radio dahil sa issue na ito, I will not blame anyone if dahil sa stress at depression na sa edad ko na 72 (sa May) ay idemanda ako, I will take the consequences, I will happily accept my death without blaming the Falcis for it.”
Pagpapatuloy pa niya, “I don’t take side here, willing ako to listen, willing to admit if I did something wrong, willing to clear out the issues. Sa buhay ng tao, meron iyon sinasabi na ligawin, takaw-away, takaw-intriga.
“Siguro takaw-intriga ako dahil without any intention, any bad thoughts, nadadamay ako sa issue. I will not explain anything or apologize, or say sorry, for I know I did not do wrong,” sabi pa ni Manay Lolit.
Hirit pa niya sa huling bahagi ng kanyang Instagram post, “If my health will fail because of my depression and sadness, rest assured Falcis family I will not blame you. I will just accept my fate, and knowing how good natured Kris Aquino is, I am sure the biggest and most beautiful arrangement for my wake will come from her. Case closed.”
Nang mabasa naman ng Queen of All Media ang mahabang post ni Lolit Solis, ipinahatid agad niya ang kanyang paumanhin.
Narito ang mensahe ni Kris kay Lolit Solis, “You have my wholehearted apology that they have chosen to target you which is utterly WEIRD…
“I have never taken issue with any entertainment portals, websites, news programs, bloggers, or reporters because this is a public issue… i haven’t reacted to people expressing their views. The fight isn’t with them.
“Pasensya ka na Nay Lolit. Dinededma ko kasi sila dahil 100% ang CONFIDENCE ko kay Atty. Sig Fortun & UST Dean of Law, Atty. Nilo Divina.
“God bless you – i know mahabang mahaba pa ang buhay mo.”
Samantala, ibinalita naman ng legal counsel ni Kris na nakatakdang mag-submit ng counter-affidavit ang TV host sa Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office next week kaugnay ng “two counts of grave threats” na isinampa ni Nicko Falcis.
“We received the subpoena just yesterday. There was no complaint attached to the subpoena. So the instruction for us is to obtain a copy of the complaint today. We will be filing our counter-affidavit next week,” pahayag ni Atty. Mikko Axalan ng Divina Law sa panayam ng ABS-CBN.
