Proud na proud kami sa alaga naming si Marion Aunor.
Parang ngayon lang kasi nito liberally nae-enjoy ang kanyang pagiging songwriter and singer.
Bukod sa laging pinag-uusapang movie theme songs na kanyang isinusulat at inaawit, magkakaroon din siya ng chance na makadalo sa GRAMMYS, ang kinikilalang biggest international music award-giving body sa mundo.
Bilang member ng Recording Academy ng Grammys, naimbitahan si Marion to grace the event sa Los Angeles, USA.
“Exciting siyempre tito Ambet. I was supposed to go there last year but I got sick then kaya sa second invitation nila pupunta na talaga ako,” sey ni Marion.
At bago pa man umalis ang magaling na songwriter-singer, humahataw na ang nilikha at inawit niyang theme song ng pelikulang “Hanggang Kailan” under Viva Films na pinagbibidahan nina Xian LIm at Louise de los Reyes.
Ito nga yung “Maling Pag-ibig” na as of this writing and after one week of release ay mayroon na agad 500,000 streams. Hangad nitong mapantayan if not malampasan ang naitalang record ng theme song na nilikha at inawit din niya for the movie “The Day After Valentines”, ang “Maling Akala,” na nagkaroon ng halos 15 milyong streams o hits sa iba’t ibang music platform gaya ng Spotify, YouTube at iTunes.
