KRIS AQUINO

IN fairness, maganda ang review ni Kris Aquino sa “Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles.”

Nagpa-block screening si Kris ng nasabing movie and she seems to have enjoyed it immensely.

“My review (our upload for Mary, Marry Me by Bimb & JEP from KCAP tomorrow after lunch). i must mention the script by my friend Joel Mercado, it was cohesive & had highlights for all. Direk Mike Tuviera created a visual feast, the locations chosen were vibrant yet REAL.

“You need to be as secure with where you are & who you are in entertainment to be as comfortable as Vic Sotto in sha-ring the spotlight.

“Because this movie was Coco Martin at his best. i worked w/ him in Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo in 2009 and again in Feng Shui in 2014 but now he’s not just the primetime king he’s our action king.

“Bimb was impressed with the agility & fitness of Lito Lapid (no disrespect, it’s election season & sinusubukan ko pong di magbanggit ng kanyang posisyon na tinatakbuhan). i was fascinated by the fact he was the director of all fight scenes & stunts- Olympus Has Fallen level!

“@mainedcm was captiva-ting. For me she’s as refreshing as Tiffany Haddish was in her appearance on @theellenshow the one w/ @oprah (i’ve seen it 16X on @youtube) and she’s as spontaneous as Cardi B, in a wholesome way.

“Congratulations! Bimb & i had been blessed to have worked with Vic, Ryzza, Aiza, Jose, Paolo, and many more in LITTLE BOSSINGS in 2013 directed by Marlon Rivera, coproduced by KCAP with Mr. Tuviera’s APT, Boss Orly Ilacad’s OctoArts, & Vic Sotto’s MZET. This movie changed our lives for the better. For that, we have lifelong gratitude.

“If you’ll ask me what movies will forever be meaningful to me they are: Pido Dida (1990), Mano Po (2002), the 2 Feng Shuis (2004 & 2014), Sukob (2006), Little Bossings (2013), and Crazy Rich Asians (2018). Went tonight because wherever i’ve been BIBOY has stayed our true friend.

“Good night. Love you for reading this long post.”
