Mukhang very open na sina Paolo Ballesteros at Kenneth Gabriel Concepcion sa kanilang relasyon.
Just recently, Kenneth posted a photo of flowers and chocolates sa kanyang Facebook account with this caption: “Second with Siopao. #ChocoMuchoNagdala.”
Agad-agad namang sumagot si Paolo ng, “I love you siopao Kenneth Gabriel Concepcion.”
With that, ang daming followers nila ang kinilig.

Hindi na rin nila itinatago ang kanilang affair sa mga Dabarkads ni Paolo. There was one photo kasi where Kenneth was with Jimmy Santos.
It was obvious that the photo was taken sa set ng noontime show na kinabibilangan ni Paolo.
