IPINA-DISMISS na ng pamunuan ng Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) ang tatlong kadete na nasangkot sa pagpaparusa ng oral sex sa dalawang mas nakababatang kadete.
Nilabag ng tatlo ang isang probisyon sa PNPA Cadet Guide at nasampahan ng conduct unbecoming of an officer, isang kasong administratibo, sabi ni Chief Supt. Jose Chiquito Malayo, PNPA superintendent.
“They are meted the penalty of dismissal from the cadetship program based on the result of the investigation which found them guilty,” aniya.
Gayunpaman, maaari aniyang magsumite ng motion for reconsideration ang tatlo, sa loob ng 48 oras.
Nag-ugat ang kaso sa reklamo ng dalawang plebo, o 1st year cadet, ng PNPA, na nagsabing pinuwersa silang mag-“oral sex” ng isang 3rd year cadet, bilang parusa, noong October 26.
Ang dalawa pang nasangkot ay kapwa 2nd year cadet, na nanood sa dalawang plebo.
Matatandaan na dahil din sa insidente’y nasibak si Chief Supt. Joseph Adnol sa tungkulin bilang PNPA superintendent, at pinalitan ni Malayo.
