Subpoena ipinalabas vs Trillanes ng Pasay City Prosecutors Office
INATASAN ng Pasay City Prosecutors Office si Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV para humarap sa preliminary investigation kaugnay ng kasong inciting to sedition at proposal to commit coup d’ etat na inihain nina Labor Undersecretary Jacinto “Jing” Paras at Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) Commissioner Manuelito Luna.
Pinapaharap si Trillanes kay Pasay City Prosecutor Reynaldo Ticyado sa Oktubre 18.
“This will be for clarificatory hearing and we will be asked to affirm our complaint,” dagdag ni Luna.
Ito na ang pangalawang kaso ng inciting to sedition na isinampa laban kay Trillanes sa Pasay Court. Nakabinbin ang unang kaso sa Metropolitan Trial Court.
Inihain nag kaso noong Setyembre, kung saan tinawag ni Trillanes si Pangulong Duterte bilang “insane,” “corrupt,” “incompetent,” na ayon sa mga nagsampa ay nanghihimok sa publiko na lumaban sa kasalukuyang administrasyon.
