Walang tutol sa 224 kongresista ng aprubahan ang House bill 7753 na akda ni San Jose del Monte City Rep. Florida Robes.

Ayon kay Robes nagagamit ng INC ang prangkisa nito sa pagpapakalat ng salita ng Diyos.
Kailangan namang kumuha ng INC sa National Telecommunications Commission ng Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity upang makapag-operate.
