MARAMI ang nag-react sa tweet ni Glaiza de Castro about unfair labor treatment.
“Late night musing: fair ba na kaltasan ka ng sweldo pag late ka pero sa mahigit 24 oras na pagta trabaho, wala man lang overtime pay?” tweet ng aktres.
Marami ang nagbigay ng opinion at sinagot ang query ng aktres.
“As someone in the HR world. NO. You are already accommodating overtime. That violates labor rights and also human rights. That is unfair… no, inhumane. What person can work well pass 24 hours?”
“Question po madam? What if the employee u hired always late not just a minutes but an hour, his reasons is nalate nagising, are you going to regular this employee? Indi nyo na ba e endo?”
“Kaya dapat absolute na wakasan na ang contractualizon kasi andaming manggagawang inaabuso ng madaming kumpanya.”
