Panawagan ng anak ni Mega: Tama na ang panlalait sa itsura, katawan ng ibang tao

Tama nga naman siya. Ang daming Pinoy ang gustong pumuti. Parang diring-diri sila sa kulay nilang kayumanggi. It was as if it’s a sin na maging morena.
Who’s to blame? Those celebrities who were paid millions to project a smoother and whiter skin. ‘Yung mga cosmetologist na pilit pinaniniwala na white skin is in.
Ayun, nauso tuloy ang mga pampaputing produkto. The result is pekeng puti kasi hindi pantay ang kulay.
Nauuso rin ang nose lift. Parang kasalanan kung dalawang kilo ang size ng nose mo. Parang ang standard of beauty ngayon ay dapat sing-taas ng skyscraper ang nose mo at sing-nipis ito ng papel.
The standard by which beauty is measured now is different. Maganda ang tingin ngayon sa mga dibdib na mala-papaya sa laki at hindi gumagalaw. O kaya sa busargang lips na parang kalyo na may sariling buhay. Or sa mga non-moving faces which no longer show emotion.
For us, anything fake is not beautiful. Only idiots will measure beauty in all its FAKENESS!!!
