Chat hotline vs pasaway na PUV drivers, operators inilunsad

MAAARI nang lumahok ang mga netizen sa “Tanggal Bulok, Tanggal Usok” na kampanya matapos ilunsad ng mga transport officials ang online complaint system kung saan maaari magsampa ng reklamo ang publiko laban sa mga pasaway na public utility drivers at operators.
Tinawag na “Sumbong Bulok, Sumbong Usok” (SBSU), layunin ng chatbot hotline na makapagreklamo sa Interagency Council for Traffic (I-ACT) kaugnay ng mga colorum, iligal na nakaparadang sasakyan at mga sasakyang mauusok.
Buksan lamang ang SBSU sa I-ACT’s official Facebook Messenger account. Pipili lamang ang mga magrereklamo sa preset reports mula sa menu ng chatbox.
Maaaring magsumite ng litrato o video ang mga gustong magreklamo.
Bukod sa Department of Transportation, kabilang sa mga ahensiya na magpoproseso ng reklamo ay ang Highway Patrol Group ng Philippine National Police (PNP), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), Land Transportation Office (LTO) at Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
