Ronnie Carrasco III - February 24, 2018 - 12:25 AM

KRIS AQUINO

Nabuhay dahil Kris’ gunning for a national post is nothing new. Matagal nang umuugong ang tsikang she’ll follow in the political steps of her immediate kin.

If we’re asked a premature question about Kris’ chances of making it, yes, she’ll give her opponents a run for their (campaign) money. At bakit naman hindi?

Unlike most na nakatikim ng kapangyarihan ay nakatitiyak na tayo—contrary sa isang basher na pinatulan niya—that Kris will never steal from the government coffers. Thus, magsisilbi pa ngang huwaran at inspirasyon si Kris sa mga bureaucratic thieves who think politics is business and not public service.

At the risk of putting the cart before the horse, marami pang maaaring mangyari between now and 2022.

Pero hindi pa man, Kris—as far as we’re concerned—is assured na shaded ang oval sa aming ballot opposite her name in the senatorial lineup.
