Homicide raps vs PNoy suportado ng Palasyo kaugnay ng pagkamatay ng SAF44
SUPORTADO ng Palasyo ang hakbang ng Office of Solicitor General matapos namang isulong ang paghahain ng kasong homicide laban kay dating pangulong Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III kaugnay ng pagkamatay ng 44 miyembro ng Special Action Force (SAF) bunsod ng kontrobersiyal na operasyon ng Mamasapano noong Enero 25, 2015.
“Sol-gen as counsel of the Government is correct. There ought to be accountability for those responsible for the SAF 44 debacle,” sabi ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.
Ginunita kahapon ang ikatlong anibersaryo ng pagkamatay ng SAF44 kung saan muling nangako si Pangulong Duterte na aalamin ang buong katotohanan sa nangyaring operasyon.
Nauna nang sinampahan si Aquino ng Office of the Ombudsman ng graft at usurpation of official functions kaugnay ng palpak na operasyon ng Mamasapano.
