Kapunan, “Kris and/or her lawyers actions are not consistent with good faith, we have text messages from Kris indicating she will make it difficult for James to visit Bimby, and that James should file a motion to amend the visition order for him to visit Bimby.
“Her lawyers have indicated they will question the order of the court denying PPO (permanent protection order) over Bimby and have asked to see the report of the psychiatrist/sociologist. We don’t know if Kris sent James a text knowing that he is out of the country-unless, she wants to again build a case against James alleging that he has neglected his duties as father.
Enough of this drama! James wants to visit his son.“Is that too much to ask when the court has already decided that Bimby needs both parents!” Raymund Fortun will represent me regarding visition agreement, hearing is tomorrow (Biyernes).
Sila ang NAG-DRAMA, di ba? Si Atty. Kapunan ang nag text blast na NO FATHER’S DAY for James. E, wala naman talaga kasi di ba, nasa Europe nga? “And I NEVER text James. I texted Attorney Alivia at 8:15AM on 16 June. He replied at 4:44PM,” text pa ni Kris.
