Walang klase sa Maynila sa Enero 9

SINUSPINDE ni Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada ang pasok sa lahat ng antas sa Enero 9 dahil sa pagdiriwang ng Pista ng Itim Nazareno.
Pinirmahan ni Estrada ang Executive Order No. 1 kaugnay ng suspensiyon ng klase sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan.
Wala ring pasok sa mga tanggapan ng lokal na pamahalan ng Maynila.

Magsisimula ang traslacion sa Luneta Grandstand ganap na alas-6 ng umaga sa Enero 9.
