    Isa pang dismissal order ang inilabas ng Ombudsman laban kay Iloilo City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog kaugnay ng towing service contract na pinasok ng munisipyo noong 2014.     Nauna ng sinibak ng Ombudsman si Mabilog noong Oktobre kaugnay ng kanyang hindi maipaliwanag na yaman. Kaya ang ikalawang pagsibak sa kanya ay magiging multa na kasing halaga ng kanyang isang taong sahod.     Sa ikalawang kaso, sinabi ng Ombudsman na guilty sa kasong administratibo na grave misconduct, serious dishonesty at conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service si Mabilog.     Ayon sa Ombudsman pumasok sa memorandum of agreement ang city council sa 3L Towing Services na pagmamay-ari umano ni Mabilog.     Inakusahan ni Plaridel Nava II si Mabilog na ginamit siya upang maghanap ng dummy owner ng towing company at binigyan siya ng P500,000 bilang puhunan ng kompanya.     “It is undisputed that respondent entered into a MOA, on behalf of the city government with 3L for the implementation of the city’s clamping ordinance without compliance with any procurement process required under the relevant law for the selection of 3L,” saad ng Ombudsman.     Naging kontrobersyal si Mabilog matapos na pangalanan ni Pangulong Duterte bilang isa sa mga narco-politicians.
