TINAPOS nang San Miguel ang 2017 PBA Commissioner’s Cup Finals sa Game 6 matapos gibain ang TNT, 115-91, Linggo sa Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Ito ang ikatlong kampeonato ng Beermen sa loob ng limang taon lahat sa ilalim ni coach Leo Austria at ang unang Commissioner’s Cup title ng koponan sapul 2000 kung saan sila nagwagi laban sa Sta.Lucia sa loob ng limang laro.

May 17 puntos si Arwind Santos at nagbuslo ng 14 si Chris Ross para sa Beermen na lumapit sa Grand Slam ngayong season kung saan Governor’s Cup na lang ang nalalabing dapat na mapanalunan.

Gigil na maiuwi ang titulo, maagang humataw ang Beermen sa tulong ng mga beterano para iposte ang 37-26 abante sa pagtatapos ng unang yugto bago pinalobo ito sa 62-42 halftime lead.

Namuno para sa KaTropa si Troy Rosario sa isinalpak na 21 puntos habang sina Roger Pogoy, Joshua Smith at Jason Castro ay nagtulong sa pinagsamang 44 puntos.
