“It started with an idea and I asked Paula if during my interview, during homecoming that we would like to host the next Miss Universe competition here because who knows this might actually happen, and now here we are,” aniya.

Nagpasalamat din siya sa mga tumulong upang matuloy at ma-ging smooth ang preparations for the pageant, “You know I’m not quite ready to give up this sash yet I think I’m quite attached to it,” biro ng dalaga.

“Umpisa pa lang to guys, it’s only December so let’s keep the momentum going and finally welcome to the Miss Universe competition,” aniya pa.

Sa tanong kung ano ang plano niya pagkatapos ng kanyang reign bilang Miss Universe, “I do plan on going back to New York and finish a lot of my commitments, to pass my reign actually this January so I’ll be working closely with Miss Universe even after my reign.”
