Nakuha ng mga pulis kay Mariafe Garlit ang dalawang sachet ng hinihinalang shabu at drug paraphernalia.
Kasama ring inaresto ang umano’y pangatlo sa target drug personalities ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) na si Ma. Lovella Rival, 43 anyos.
Si Rival, na target ng operasyon, ang siyang pinagbilhan ng droga ng asset ng pulisya.
Taong 1992 nang sumali sa Binibining Pilipinas si Garlit kung saan nagwagi siya ng Miss Photogenic award.
