Duterte no show sa APEC Gala Dinner sa Lima, Peru

rodrigo duterte HINDI dumalo si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa Gala Dinner sa isinagawang Asia Pacific Economic Conference (APEC) sa Lima, Peru na ayon sa Palasyo ay dahil masama muli ang kanyang pakiramdam.

Muling kumatawan si Foreign Affairs Secretary Perfecto Yasay kay Duterte sa isinagawang Gala Dinner.

Matatandaang hindi rin sinipot ni Duterte ang United States-Association of Southeast Asian Nation (US-Asean) Summit sa Laos noong Setyembre na sa una’y idinahilan na masama ang pakiramdam ng pangulo, bagamat mismong ang presidente ang nagsabi na sinadya niyang hindi ito siputin sa harap naman ng kanilang hidwaan ni US President Barack Obama.

Dumalo naman si Obama sa isinagawang Gala Dinner.

Samantala, natuloy naman ang bilateral meeting ni Duterte kay Russian President Vladamir Putin at maging kay Chinese President Xi Jin Ping.

Sinabi ng Malacanang na si Xi ang humiling sa bilateral meeting para sundan ang kanilang pag-uusap matapos ang state visit ni Duterte sa China noong Oktubre.

“I have been looking for this moment to meet you Mr. President not only because you represent a great country but of your leadership too.
And we’ve been longing to be part also of — despite the distance. We’ve been longing to be part of Europe especially in commerce and trade around the world,” sabi ni Duterte sa kanyang paunang salita bago ang bilateral meeting kay Putin.

Muli namang binanatan ni Duterte ang US sa harap ni Putin.

“From that time on, the Americans made it hard for us and even in the… times with IMF. So there are the things that I see which is not a good idea,” sabi ni Duterte.
