Aljur inatake ng depresyon dahil sa makasaysayang ‘wooden acting’

NA-HURT nang bonggang-bongga si Aljur Abrenica nang maglabasan ang mga negatibong komento tungkol sa kanyang pag-arte. Ito ang dahilan kung bakit inatake siya noon ng matinding depresyon.

“Yes, it was really hard for me. Umabot pa ako sa different stages ng pagkalungkot, e. Grabe yung epekto sa akin,” pag-amin ni Aljur sa presscon ng pelikula niyang “Ang Hapis At Himagsik ni Hermano Puli”.

Kung matatandaan, maraming nang-okray kay Aljur nang gawin niya ang TV version ng pelikulang “Machete” sa GMA 7 noong 2011, dito siya binansagang “wooden acting”.

“Sinadya ko talagang magkaroon ng oras para sa sarili ko. I analyzed and I traveled para makapag-isip and then, na-realize ko na, well, kaya nila nasasabi ‘yun. Kasi before, I didn’t understand why. I’m doing my best,” paliwanag ng Kapuso hunk.

Hirit pa niya, “When I influenced myself with films and other cultures, kulang pa ang kaalaman ko. That’s why I studied, nag-aral ako, tapos nanood ako ng history ng film, who’s the father ng acting, yung evolution ng acting sa industry.”

Ang lahat ng natutunan niya ay inaplay ng binata sa pagbabalik niya sa limelight, partikular nga sa “Hermano Puli”, “When this film came, na sakto nga, e, sakto itong pelikulang ito. Ginawa ko na yung mga kailangan kong puwedeng gawin para mapaganda yung pelikula. As an actor, I did my best.”
