Pormal na deklarasyon kaugnay ng ‘state of lawlessness’ wala pa rin

WALA pa ring pormal na pinipirmahang deklarasyon si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte matapos ideklara ang ‘state of lawlessness’ sa buong bansa sa harap naman ng mga pangambang magdedeklara ng martial law makaraan ang pambobomba sa Davao City kung saan 14 ang nasawi, samantalang mahigit 60 ang nasugatan.

Sa isang panayam sa Radyo ng Bayan, sinabi ni Presidential Communications Office head Secretary Martin Andanar na inaasahan namang mapirmahan na ang opisyal na dokumento ngayong araw.

“Within the day [ay] lalabas na ito or early tomorrow. Pero I am in close contact with the Executive Secretary,” dagdag ni Andanar.

Ito’y matapos namang umugong ang mga pangamba na ito ay mauwi sa pagdedeklara ng martial law matapos namang mabalam ang pagpapalabas na opisyal na dokumento kaugnay ng. State of Lawlessness sa bansa.

“Maglalabas ho tayo, don’t worry. At ito po’y na-draft na. I think it was already finalized last night,” giit ni Andanar.

Kasabay nito, sinabi ni Andanar na patuloy ang mahigpit na seguridad sa Metro Manila sa harap ng mga pangambang maging target din ang National Capital Region (NCR) ng pambobomba.
