De lima, bodyguard pasisiputin sa imbestigasyon

de-lima-31 Maaari umanong dumalo si Sen. Leila de Lima sa pagdinig na isasagawa ng Kamara de Representante upang masabi ang kanyang panig.      Ayon kay House deputy speaker at Batangas Rep. Raneo Abu dapat ding marinig ang panig ni de Lima kaugnay ng pagkakadawit niya sa operasyon ng sindikato ng ipinagbabawal na gamot sa loob ng New Bilibid Prison noong siya ay kalihim ng Department of Justice.      “If I were Sen. De Lima, I will come here in the House of Representatives voluntary to air my side,” ani Abu na aminado na hindi mapipilit ng Kamara si de Lima na dumalo dahil sa umiiral na inter parliamentary courtesy sa pagitan ng dalawang sangay ng Kongreso.      Sinabi naman ni House deputy speaker at AAMBIS-OWA Rep. Sharon Garin na maaaring magamit si de Lima bilang resource person upang makagawa ng batas na kailangan upang matigil ang operasyon ng mga drug lord sa loob ng NBP.      “For me anything that is related to her functions as former secretary of the Department of Justice, I would suggest that she should [come voluntary],” ani Garin .      Bukod kay de Lima, sinabi ni Davao City Rep. Karlo Alexie Nograles na maaaring ipatawag ang bodyguard ni de Lima na umano’t kumukuha ng protection money sa mga nakakulong na drug lord.      “For the sake of transparency, we will invite all those who are suspected of being involved in such illegal [drug] trade, including the driver-bodyguard. Congress can send an invitation to air his side,” dagdag pa ni Nograles.     Kung kinakailangan ay maaari rin umanong ipatawag ang mga nakakulong na drug lords, ani Nograles.      Inihain ng mga kongresista sa pangunguna ni Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez ang House Resolution 105 upang maimbestigahan ang pagkakaroon ng makeshift drug laboratories sa  loob ng NBP.
