Mid-year bonus ng mga empleyado ng gobyerno matatanggap na bukas-DBM

TINIYAK ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) na matatanggap na ngayong araw ng lahat ng empleyado ng gobyerno ang kani-kanilang mid-year bonus na katumbas ng isang buwang sweldo.

Idinagdag ng DBM na tinatayang P31 bilyon ang inilaan para pondohan ang mid-year bonus para sa mga kawani ng pamahalaan.

Ayon pa sa DBM, nagpalabas na ito ng Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) at Notice of Cash Allocation sa iba’t ibang ahensiya ng gobyerno.

Nauna nang pinirmahan ni Pangulong Aquino ang Executive Order No. 201 noong Pebrero 19, 2016 kung saan isang buwang mid-year bonus ang matatanggap ng lahat ng sibilyan at military and uniformed personnel (MUP).

Idinagdag ng DBM na ang governing board naman ng mga government controlled corporations (GOCCs) ang siyang magdedermina sa bonus ng kanilang empleyado.

“For LGUs(local government units), the Sanggunian shall determine the grant of the bonus charged against, and subject to the Personnel Services limitation in, LGU budgets. They may also grant at lower rates but at uniform percentage of the basic monthly salary as of May 15, if funds are insufficient,” sabi pa ng DBM.
