BUMUO na ng transition committee ang kampo ni Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte para matiyak ang maayos na pagpapalit ng gobyerno kapag opisyal nang naiproklama ang alkalde bilang pangulo.
“We are already preparing four major teams,” sabi ni Peter Tiu Laviña, na tumatayong spokesman ni Duterte.
Idinagdag ni Laviña na magkakaroon ng overall transition committee at tatlong sub committees.
“The sub committees will include a selection committee, policy group and inauguration committee,” dagdag niya.
Sinabi pa ni Laviña na kabilang si Leoncio Evasco, campaign manager ni Duterte sa limang katao na bubuo ng transition committee.
“We will announce as soon as they are officially approved by the mayor,” dagdag ni Laviña.
