Ronnie Ricketts suspendido bilang OMB chair

- January 29, 2016 - 02:08 PM

“The Court has no discretion neither can it ascertain or calculate whether the accused is capable of committing the acts sought to be prevented by the suspension,” sabi ng anti-graft court.

Inatasan din ng Sandiganbayan ang Office of the President na ipatupad ang 90-araw na preventive suspension laban kay Ricketts.

Ang OMB ay nasa ilalim ng Office of the President.

“In the meantime, accused Ronaldo Naldo Ricketts, Manuel J. Mangubat, Joseph Dineros Arnaldo and Glenn Sarming Perez are directed to cease and desist from exercising the functions and privileges of their office for nine days immediately upon receipt of this resolution,” sabi ng korte na isinulat ni Associate Justice Jose Hernandez.
