Petitioner sa DQ case vs Duterte di sumipot sa Comelec
HINDI sinipot ng petitioner na nais idiskwalipika si Davao City mayor sa presidential elections sa 2016 sa hearing ng kaso sa Commission on Elections First Division Martes ng umaga.
Dahil sa di pagsipot ng broadcaster na si Ruben Castor at abogadong si Oliver Lozano sa pagdinig, hiniling ng kampo ni Duterte na bigyang resolusyon na ng Comelec ang petisyon laban sa alkalde.
Sa televised press briefing, sinabi ni Comelec chair Andres Bautista na hindi naman kailangan na dumalo pa sina Castor at kanyang abogado sa pagdinig.
