1 araw bago deadline ni Duterte, pusher dinedo
NAPATAY ang isang umano’y pusher isang araw bago matapos ang ultimatum na ibinigay ni Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Durterte sa mga nagtutulak ng droga sa lungsod.
Binaril ng mga alagad ng batas ang 38-taong-gulang na si Armanuel Atienza, isang barangay tanod, matapos umanong manlaban sa isinagawang buy-bust operation Martes ng gabi.
Sinabi ni San Pedro police station chief Supt. Ronald Lao na nakuha sa nasawing suspek ang isang baril at mga sachet ng pinaghihinalaang shabu.
“We had repeatedly asked him to stop but he did not listen. So on Tuesday, we launched the operation and he got killed in the process,” sabi ni Lao.
Idinagdag niya na naaresto naman ang isa pang suspek, si Leo Julius Monterola, 36, sa isinagawang operasyon,
Noong Lunes ay nagbigay ng 48-oras na ultimatum si Duterte sa mga pusher na lumayas sa lungsod kundi ay itutumba ang mga ito.
