Piolo biglang namayat dahil sa Ramadan, kasamang nagdarasal si Robin

KAHIT kilala bilang isang Born Again Christian, ino-observe ngayon ni Piolo Pascual ang Ramadan, ang holy month of fasting ng Islam.

“Just to pay respects dahil sa ginagawa naming pelikula (tungkol sa Marawi siege). That’s why I lost a lot of weight,” ang simulang kuwento ni Piolo sa media conference ng bago niyang endorsement, ang My Daily Collagen.

“They’ve done an ocular already in Marawi. We are just finalizing the casting. Meron na ring budget for the shoot. Hopefully by June, not later than July, makapag-grind na,” kuwento pa ng aktor.

Pero bago raw ito ipalabas sa Pilipinas, dadalhin muna nila ito sa mga international film festival, “We want to concentrate more on sen-ding it abroad first. One of our producers was in Cannes this month just to present our film. There were a lot who are interested.

“Kasi parang sinasabi namin sa script, huwag kami magpadala sa play date. That’s the last thing we want kasi magsu-suffer talaga ang quality ng film. What we are focusing on is to finish the film and do an exhibition, probably in Toronto in September, and have a commercial release here in Ja-nuary,” aniya pa.
