Palasyo binati si Maxine Medina matapos makapasok sa Top 6 sa Miss U
BINATI ng Palasyo si Maxine Medina sa kabila ng hindi pagpasok sa Top 3 matapos namang hanggang Top 6 lamang ang inabot sa Miss Universe 2016 pageant na ginanap sa Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena sa Pasay City.
“We congratulate Maria Mika Maxine Medina for making it to the Top 6. She represented the Philippines well in the international scene,” sabi ni Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella.
Kasabay nito, nagpaabot din ng congratulations ang Malacanang sa bagong itinanghal na Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mitteraere ng France.
“People of France are rejoicing. Truly, this is a proud moment for their country. Iris brought tremendous joy to her people by representing France well on the international stage with her winning grace, regal bearing and inspiring answer. She has won not only the nod of the judges but the affection of the entire world as well,” ayon pa kay Abella.
Nagpaabot din si Abella ng mensahe para sa Miss Universe.
“Our best wishes to the 65th Miss Universe,” dagdag ni Abella.
