“Accused Macapagal-Arroyo shall be transported from her confinement at the VMMC not earlier than one hour before the appointed time on August 11, 2015, to the Makati Medical Center, particularly to the area where her brother Arturo dela Rosa Macapagal, is confined and to no other place, where she will be allowed to stay until 8 pm of the same day, and thereafter to be brought back immediately to the VMMC,” saad ng dalawang pahinang resolusyon.
“Mr. Macapagal, who is already 72 years old, may not have long to live. His cancer has spread to his brain, bones and lungs. While the family continues to pray for a miracle, the doctors are of the opinion that Mr. Macapagal’s condition may further decline in the coming days,” saad ng dalawang pahinang mosyon ni Arroyo.
