“Honestly, yes, I want to try it. There are times that I would talk to Liza about it. Siya ‘yung medyo kinakabahan. Not because of anything ha? Kasi I have friends who are transgender.

Tinanong namin. Kasi ang pinaka-concern namin is the voice,” chika ni Aiza sa interview ng Headstart sa ANC. “Liza is very supportive naman sa lahat ng mga gusto kong gawin, pero yun nga, doon lang siya medyo kinakabahan.

Ako rin naman, sa totoo lang. Siguro kung wala yung voice problem, I would have done it,” dugtong pa niya.

“I identify now as a transgender man.

Esplika ng asawa ni Liza, ang isang transgender man ay “a state of mind on how you identify yourself and what gender you identify with.”

“When you’re a transman, you identify yourself as a male. That’s opposite of my assigned sex. That’s it. When you’re a lesbian, ‘yung sexual preference mo ang nag-iiba.

Kasi kapag lesbian ka, you embrace your femininity,” paliwanag pa ni Aiza.
