Finals seat asinta ng Hapee, Café France

PAGSISIKAPAN ng Hapee at Café France ang maitakda ang kanilang pagtutuos sa finals sa pagsalang sa magkahiwalay na laro sa 2015 PBA D-League Foundation Cup semifinals ngayon sa Ynares Sports Arena sa Pasig City.

Kalaro uli ng Fresh Fighters ang Cebuana Lhuillier Gems na siyang ikalawang laro at magsisimula matapos ang pagtutuos ng Bakers at Cagayan Valley Rising Suns sa ganap na ala-1 ng hapon.

Nagsipanalo ang Hapee at Café France sa unang pagtutuos sa best-of-three semifinals at umani ang tropa ni Fresh Fighters coach Ronnie Magsanoc ng 82-71 panalo sa Gems habang ang bataan ni Bakers coach Edgar Macaraya ay may 78-65 panalo sa Rising Suns noong Lunes.

“We just caught them in their off day. I hope we can maintain the same intensity we showed for today’s game,” wika ni Hapee coach Ronnie Magsanoc.

Hindi pa rin makakasama ng koponan sina Bobby Ray Parks Jr., Earl Scottie Thompson, Troy Rosario at Baser Amer pero hindi ito magiging problema kung mauulit nina Ola Adeogun, Arthur dela Cruz at Chris Newsome ang nilaro noong Game One.

Si Adeogun ay tumapos taglay ang 25 puntos habang 23 at 13 ang ginawa nina Dela Cruz at Newsome para itulak ang Gems sa posibleng maagang bakasyon.

Ang Gems na may 7-0 panimula bago lumasap ng tatlong sunod na kabiguan ay aasa na maayos na ang kaliwang sakong ni Moala Tautuaa.

Inilabas ang 6-foot-7 center may 8:22 sa ikatlong yugto nang natapilok siya.

Nananalig naman si Bakers coach Edgar Macaraya na hindi sasayangin ng kanyang manlalaro ang oportunidad na kakapasok sa finals sa unang pagkakataon.
