De Lima inakusahan na tumatanggap ng P5M kada buwan kay Mangudadatu

INAKUSAHAN ng isang babae si Justice Secretary Leila de Lima na tumatanggap umano ng P5 milyon kada buwan mula kay Maguindanao Governor Esmael “Toto” Mangudadatu.

Sa apat-na-pahinang affidavit ni Jerramy T. Joson, inakusahan din niya si Mangudadatu at 10 iba ng serious illegal detention.
Noong isang taon, ibinunyag ni Joson na may hawak siyang isang notebook na naglalaman ng pangalan nina Justice Undersecretary Francisco Baraan, at maraming prosecutor na humahawak sa kaso Maguindanao massacre na umano’y tumatanggap ng suhol mula sa mga Ampatuans.
Ngayong taon, binawi ni Joson ang naging pahayag sa pagsasabing pinilit lamang siya ni Mangudadatu at abogadong si Atty. Nena Santos na gawin ang naturang akusasyon.

Nagsampa na ng libel at perjury si Mangudadatu laban kay Joson.

Tinawag naman na “rubbish” ni de Lima ang naging akusasyon ni Joson.

“Rubbish! That woman has done so much harm already to the institution,” sabi ni de Lima.
Idinagdag ni de Lima na ipinag-utos na niya ang imbestigasyon laban kay Joson.
“We will find out who exactly this woman is, what is she up to and who is/are behind her. I will not allow anyone or anything to destroy our institution and the Maguindanao massacre case,” dagdag ni de Lima.
