Mga sekyu ng Asian Hospital at Ayala Alabang kakasuhan kaugnay ng pagkakabaril sa sarili ni Jolo Revilla
SINABI ng Philippine National Police (PNP) na nakatakdang sampahan ng kasong kriminal ang apat na security guard ng Asian Hospital and Medical Center (AHMC) at Ayala Alabang Village matapos tumangging makipagtulungan sa mga pulis na nagsagawa ng imbestigasyon kaugnay ng pagkakabaril sa sarili ni Cavite Vice Governor Jolo Revilla.
Ayon sa PNP, nahaharap ang apat na security personnel sa mga kasong obstruction of justice at disobedience upon a person in authority.
Noong Mayo 5, nagsampa naman ang PNP ng kasong administratibo laban sa mga doktor na tumingin kay Revilla sa AHMC matapos mabigong ipaalam sa pulis ang pagkakaospital ni Revilla.
Sinabi ni Senior Superintendent Bartolome Tobias na nakatakdang kasuhan ang mga security guard at kanilang mga security agency ngayong linggo.
“The security guards refused to cooperate and they misled the investigators. They didn’t tell the truth as to what really happened. The doctors also denied na na-admit si Governor sa Asian Hospital. Sa subdivision naman, they concealed the facts of the case,” sabi ni Tobias.
Kabilang sa mga kakasuhan na security guard ay sina Julis Baniago, Dondon Roslinda at Frobel Aloro, lahat ay mula sa AHMC; at Jose Torrendon, security coordinator ng Ayala Alabang Village Security Department.
Sila ay kakasuhan ng paglabag sa professional conduct and ethics of the Implementing Rules and Regulation ng Republic Act 5487 o ang Private Security Agency Law.
Samantala, hiniling naman ng PNP na maharap sa mga kasong administratibo sina Dr. Edgar Jaro Mendiola, Dr. Gracita Ybiernas at Dr. Eden Ferrer-Lasala.
“It is their duty to report to the nearest government facility or authority the admission (to the Asian hospital) of (Vice) Governor Revilla for a serious physical injury and they failed to report the (vice) governor’s presence at the Asian Hospital,” sabi ni Senior Superintendent Allan Nobleza, Muntinlupa Police officer in charge.
Matatandaang isinugod si Revilla sa ospital noong Pebrero 28 matapos mabaril ang kanang dibdib gamit ang .40-Glock pistol. Inquirer.net
