LTFRB pinag-aaralan na ang pagbabalik ng P40-flag-down rate sa taxi
PINAG-AARALAN na ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ang pagbabalik ng P40 flag-down rate sa taxi sa harap naman ng patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng produktong petrolyo.
Sinabi ni LTFRB Chair Winston Ginez na nirerepaso na ng board ang mga panukala na ibalik na sa dating P40 ang flag-down rate ng taxi matapos itong magpatupad ng P10 bawas-presyo.
“Fuel prices are currently rising, that’s why we are looking at it. We will also review the considerations why we reduced the flag-down rate, and if there’s a need for an increase, the LTFRB will decide on that,” sabi ni Ginez.
Idinagdag ni Ginez na provisional lamang ang ipinatupad na P10 bawas presyo noong Marso 9.
“Our standard here is going to be the price of gasoline at the time when we decided to reduce the flag-down rate,” dagdag ni Ginez.
