Winston Castelo at Valenzuela Rep.
“State auditors stressed that it can be said that the lack of preparedness of the agency in the in the implementation of K to 12 deprived the students their access to quality education,” ani Castelo sa kanyang House Resolution 2020.
“The money from taxpayers would have been put to good use if only the DepEd was responsible enough to make sure the books will not be instantly obsolete and can be used in the new basic education curriculum,” ani Gatchalian.
