UMABOT daw sa 94 porsyento ang employment rate noong nakaraang taon (2014) at target ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) na higit pa itong madagdagan ngayong taong 2015.
Ito ay ayon kay Director Dominique Tutay ng Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) ng Department of Labor and Employment.
Naniniwala ang DOLE na ang 2015 ay recovery stage kasunod na rin ng pagtaya ng International Monetary Fund (IMF) na 3.2% global growth ng kasalukuyang taon.
Inanunsyo din ng DOLE ang mga “Patok na Trabaho” o in demand occupations ngayong 2015 hanggang 2020.
May 275 occupations ang maituturing na in-demand habang 102 naman ang hard to fill o ang mga trabahong mahirap punan dahil karamihan sa mga aplikante ay hindi kwalipikado.
