Likewise, attached herewith is a photocopy request letter of Senior Vice President Dionisio Ebdane Jr. to the Branch Manager of Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Tacloban City for appropriate action. No action was taken by the Branch Manager of GSIS Tacloban City, Ms. Sol A. Orcullo, photocopy of her letter is also attached.
Ma’am, please help me facilitate to bring this matter or complaint to the Government Service Insurance System, Tacloban Branch, and to the office of the President & General Manager of GSIS.
