Ngayon lang po kami nakapagpasalamat dahil sa kami po ay nanghihingi rin ng impormasyon sa kasalukuyang sitwasyon ng palakad sa supply ng tubig.
Nag post po ng Memo ang CERES Homes tungkol sa kasunduan nila ng MARWADIS. Sa ngayon po nag aabang kami ng susunod na kaganapan. Please see attached.

REPLY: Dear Mr. Abano:
We reply to your letter dated 24 June 2014.
We would like to inform you that we are amendable to the condition of turning over the existing water system facilities of Deca Homes located in the saleable areas through a usufruct agreement for a period of seven (7) years commencing on August 10, 2014. Pending turnover on August 10, 2014, we are allowing you to enter the water system facilities and make an assessment and install any equipment to make sunch facilities operational.
On the other hand, we would like to clarify that whatever remaining balance in the deposit amounting in excess thereof, if any, shall be donated to Marwadis.
