IBINASURA ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ang reklamong rape na isinampa ni Deniece Cornejon laban sa actor/comedian na si Vhong Navarro.

Ayon sa DOJ idinismis nito ang reklamo sa aktor dahil wala silang nakitang probable cause na siyang maaaring basehan para isampa ang kaso sa korte.
