Binigyan ng tribute ni Vina ang showbiz icon sa pamamagitan ng kanyang social media account kalakip ang isang video ng kanilang mga fun and happy moments together.

“I am so grateful to have worked with you all these years especially during the peak of the pandemic, hardest days for everyone.
“Tita, it was such an honor to share the screen with you. I’m crying while typing this and editing the video. I love you po, always. Thank you for the memories and the inspiration,” ang buong message ni Vina.
Nauna rito, inihayag ng mga anak ni Pilita na sina Jackie Lou Blanco at Ramon Christopher na walang naging malubhang sakit ang kanilang ina bago ito pumanaw.
“She died in her sleep actually, which I’m very thankful for because, you know, hindi siya nahirapan, hindi na-hospital, hindi siya in lingering illness, di ba?
“Para sa akin, okay na yun,” ang pahayag ni Jackie Lou sa panayam ng media sa burol ng showbiz icon sa The Heritage Memorial Park sa Taguig City.
Sabi naman ni Monching, “May heart problem ever since, saka lately yung memory ganyan, di ba? Pero healthwise, okay naman siya.”
“But we don’t know if she had an attack during that sleep. We don’t know. But I mean, it doesn’t matter, but we don’t know,” sey uli ni Jackie Lou.
“Hindi na namin inalam. Basta she was sleeping,” pagsang-ayon naman ni Monching.
