Atasha Muhlach
NAGING emosyonal si Atasha Muhlach nang malamang siya ang napili ng Viva Artists Agency (VAA) na maging lead star sa Philippine adaptation ng hit Thai series na “Bad Genius.”
Kuwento ng kakambal ni Andres Muhlach, talagang nag-cry siya nang sabihan siya ng mga bossing ng Viva Entertainment tungkol sa bago niyang acting project na mapapanood sa Viva One streaming platform.
“Sa totoo lang, naiyak ako sa bahay. When I found out, parang surreal moment. And siyempre naman, super-super grateful ako, kasi this is such a big opportunity and this is my first.
“And I am so honored to do such a great project with a great team. I am very excited. Of course, I am nervous kasi ito po yung first lead na project,” pahayag ni Atasha sa naganap na presscon at cast reveal ng “Bad Genius” noong March 18.
Sabi pa ng anak nina Aga Muhlach at Charlene Gonzalez, “Pero in terms of the work itself, when I first read about it, I already knew that accepting it, I’m going to give my one hundred percent.
“Wala po akong expectation kung what the results gonna be, but as long as I can promise myself that I give my one hundred percent, then I will be super-super happy with that,” sey pa ng “Eat Bulaga” Dabarkads.
Saad pa ni Tash, “I just want to act, sa totoo lang. I just want to work and if the opportunity comes, then why not?
“Because my rule in life, when I always do this, is I don’t wanna close my doors with anything. At least, I get to say that I tried and I gave my best!” aniya pa.
Samantala, nabanggit din ni Atasha sa presscon ng bago niyang project
Nilinaw ni Atasha na walang kumpetisyon sa pagitan nila ni Andres na siya namang lead stars sa Viva One hit series na “Ang Mutya ng Section E.”
“Wala naman competition po kasi that’s my brother,. He is my bestfriend since day one. If anything, I am so, so proud of him.
“And I am so happy for him with how he’s doing with Mutya and the whole cast of Mutya ng Section E, a big big congratulations to them. And I always tell them that.
“So in terms of competition or pressure when it comes to my family, wala pong ganoon, wala. Support lang, support and love,” saad pa ni Tash.
Makakasama ni Atasha sa “Bad Genius” sina Jairus Aquino, Gab Lagman at Hyacinth Callado with Romnick Sarmenta, Yayo Aguila, Ruffa Gutierrez, Irma Adlawan at Joko Diaz. Ito’y mula sa direksyon ni Derick Cabrido.
